This is my first mini eggplant harvest.
These are coming along nicely but I don’t know what to do with kumquats. maybe a nice sauce? So far I have about 50 of these but they are tiny.
Look at this beauty. I have had it for about 6 months and it is now in full bloom again. Thrilling!
