<\/a><\/p>\nA total lunar eclipse occurs when the Earth blocks the sun’s rays from the face of the moon. The moon is then fully in the shadow cast in space by the Earth.<\/p>\n
Cats all around were seen on roofs, climbing trees, confused. Binky stares down, determined to stay put until it was over.<\/p>\n The eclipse made this amaryllis nervous enough to speed up blooming in a futile effort to reproduce before the cold set in.
